Требования:
Requirements:
- knowledge of project management methods and tools to plan & coordinate;
- hands on experience or strong knowledge of managing risks;
- analytical skills required to optimize the budget and managing schedules and project resources to achieve desired results;
- portfolio of video games delivered;
- strong knowledge of technological tools;
- ability to analyze production metrics and benchmarks to maximize the productivity of the project;
- good knowledge about the video game industry and its evolution;
- expertise in microsoft project, issue tracking tools, and / or other online project management tools;
- strong organizational skills enough to handle a number of tasks simultaneously;
- ability to take courageous decisions;
- initiative, ale to set ambitious objectives for him and his team;
- advanced level of english.

pluses:
- agile certification or/and project management certification;
- bachelor’s degree in it or in project management;
- experience managing cross discipline teams of approximately 5?20 people;

Должностные обязанности:
Responsibilities:
- participate in defining the project deliverables and risks;
- carry out the follow ups on the deliverables and provide the producer with information on the progress of the work on a regular basis;
- ensure proper bug management (bug reports, priorities, etc.);
- determine the purchasing needs for the project (e.G.: software, material);
- participate in selecting team members;
- act as a coach for the team and provide regular feedback;
- participate in the team’s performance assessment process;
- optimize and improve work methods;
- organize team-building activities (e.G.: t-shirts, meals, activities) in collaboration with hr;
- address difficult team situations (conflicts, communication issues, etc.) and take the actions necessary to resolve them;
- resolve any problem that the team may encounter during production;
- welcome and promote conditions for innovative ideas to emerge and grow;
- carry out all other related tasks.
