• higher education. Priority: management, marketing, mba.
• experience as the shopping and leisure centre manager (area of 9 000 sq. M) of 3 years, proven track record of management and profitability improvement.
• ability to build long-term relationship with tenants.
• charisma, personal dominance.
• business skills and excellent managerial capacity.
• flexibility and dynamism.
• excellent communication skills.
• negotiating skills and leadership skills
• administration skills.
• excellent understanding of customers categories.
• fluent english, fluent russian.

Должностные обязанности:
Key responsibilities::

• operational management of shopping and leisure centre.
• prepare budgets and reports for the central office.
• cash flow monitoring and optimal financial allocation.
• find and establish relations with tenants, contract work.
• сontrol and manage technical services facility with a view to maintain first-class service level.
• household and economic activities management.
• pursue negotiations and presentations.
• representation of shopping and leisure centre to urban municipal authorities and regulatory bodies.
• safety standards and health regulations monitoring.
