Functions: current and potential credit risks analyses coordination (credit analyses, monitoring of reserves, bad loans and defaults, creation of bank processes, analyses of products’ quality)

Functions and achievements: TOP-10-lecturer of the bank.

Functions: creation of the sector from a “zero”, creation and coordination of 4 express lending outlets; theoretical and practical training, organization, planning, controlling, motivation of 11 employees in direct subordination; financial analyses of small enterprises and entrepreneurs; head of credit committee up to 6 000 $.
Achievements: share among the banks of the city was 54% of the entrepreneurs that received “Express” loans.

05.2003 – 05.2004 JSC PrivatBank, Khmelnytskyi. Expert of micro lending division.
Functions: consultation of clients, SME financial analyses, pledge estimating, monitoring and active work with bad loans, cross-selling, member of credit committee.
Achievements: 100% fulfillment of sell plans, absence of bad loans in the portfolio.

Bank
